My Dry Cleaner advises,

If a stain does not come out, ask why. If you do not get a satisfactory answer, take the stained article to another dry cleaner. If the stain still does not come out, ask why. You may then compare answers.

At Classic Cleaners, we pride ourselves on offering the Indianapolis metro area unbeatable stain-fighting capability! We tag any garment whose stain we cannot remove, and we will be glad to discuss any irremovable stain with you.

Among the “My Dry Cleaner” quotes I’ll be presenting, this is the only one I take issue with a bit. The problem is that “satisfactory answer” is not explained, and I don’t think comparing dry cleaners’ answers would be all that helpful (you want a clean, stain-free garment–not a competition between dry cleaners and their ability to answer questions). Our version of a “satisfactory answer” fairly simple: we can tell you what the stain is and why it won’t come out.

The fact is, however, that the vast majority of stains do come out. Give us a try, and we think you’ll be very pleased!
